Avio Leadership

Morgan Evans
Founder

Morgan brings a deep knowledge of the MedTech industry, having worked in a variety of functions such as engineering, clinical, sales, corporate development, and general management at both start-ups and Fortune 100 companies, including Medtronic.

As a serial entrepreneur, she launched Avio Medtech Consulting to provide the expertise and services she needed to build and sustain her own start-ups.

She holds an undergraduate degree in biomechanical engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Director of Quality

George Stradtman

George is an experienced quality professional, with 20 years of experience across a wide variety of medical devices, diagnostics, single use systems, biomanufacturing, and managing an analytical laboratory.   George graduated with a BS/MS in Bioscience/Biotechnology from Drexel University, with a research focus on Neuroscience.  He is passionate about helping bring innovative devices to market, and solving complex problems while complying with complex and changing global regulations.

Director of Regulatory

Tyler Ting

Tyler is a collaborative partner in Regulatory Affairs premarket planning and execution. He holds a Masters degree in International Regulatory Affairs and the RAC-Devices certification. Tyler has broad medical device experience including software as a medical device, implantables, and in-vitro diagnostics with Medtronic, Stryker, and Terumo.

Project Manager/Project Engineer - Team Lead

Maggie Baker

Maggie Baker, an accomplished professional in biomedical engineering, holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in the field. Specializing in the development of medical devices, Maggie brings a wealth of experience as a project manager consultant across the spectrum of medical devices, from Class 1 to Class 3. She has managed projects through all four stages of the development process —from conceptualization and design to manufacturing and post-market surveillance. Her experience focuses on engagements with start-ups to mid-size enterprises. This diversity in experience has equipped Maggie with a unique perspective and the ability to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs and challenges faced by companies of varying sizes and device types.
